City North Physiotherapy PILATES CLASSES
If interested please contact the centre for details of upcoming new classes.
Learn how to active your core postural muscles. Working on mats, these classes involve a series of gentle, stretching and strengthening exercises designed to develop core strength. This course is supervised by local physiotherapists, Sue and Maria. They will teach you how to move more easily in your day to day activies. You may be asked to attend for individual screening, to assess the class level more suitable for you. Mats are provided.
Classes begin Thursday April 26th
Absolute Beginners 5:30PM
Intermediate 6:30PM
